Is PLC programming difficult? Yes, but only if you are unable to test and correct in real time your “code,” and this is why I created this PLC simulator. This was my way to allow the programs to focus only on programming, eliminating the strings of what if, etc. Sometimes the building of a test rack is not the end of the world in terms of cost, but the savings in time will easily cover the initial investment. The good part is that the working rack will also serve as an emergency parts center.
